PARABOLOÏDE
PARABOLOÏDE was founded in Paris in 2024 by Sang SOH, inspired by the underground artists of the 1970s such as Robert Mapplethorpe and Peter Hujar. The brand’s aesthetics reflect a mix of romanticism and fetishism, with a touch of nostalgia and modernity. Each collection and product embodies a unique blend of these elements, resulting in distinctive pieces that appeal to a contemporary audience.
The creative director behind the brand, Sang SOH, is a Seoul-born, Paris-based designer. He studied Fine Art at Hong-Ik University in Seoul and Fashion Design at Studio Berçot in Paris.
Sang began his career designing footwear for Lanvin and Givenchy. His background in fine art and fashion allows him to create pieces that are not only stylish but also deeply artistic. Sang’s work with PARABOLOÏDE reflects his unique vision, where cultural influences and avant-garde design come together to create fashion that is both innovative and captivating.
